About
Go2Ways builds Ordova, an ITMS for bus operators and transport authorities.
We are a Gurugram-based team led by founder Vikash Verma. Ordova is specified from control-room practice: it connects timetables, dispatch, depots and your existing maintenance and GPS systems so dispatchers handle breakdowns and no-shows from one screen, with every decision logged.
What Ordova is
What Ordova does.
Ordova connects planning, scheduling, fleet, drivers, depots, maintenance, live operations, passenger demand, traffic, weather, AI decision support, reporting and compliance into one operational ecosystem.
It owns one question that no system of record answers on its own: what should happen right now?
Ordova is not
- Just fleet tracking or GPS software
- Just a bus scheduling tool
- Just another dashboard
- A generic AI platform
It is the layer that makes all of those work together.
Principles
How we work.
Exceptions first
Dispatchers should never have to look for a problem. Every deviation from plan arrives ranked, explained and actionable.
People decide
AI recommends; people approve anything that touches safety, labour or passengers. Automation is earned, low-risk and reversible.
Respect the systems of record
Your maintenance, ticketing, finance and HR systems keep the records they own. Ordova decides what should happen right now.
Honest numbers
Targets and business cases are labelled as illustrative until your own baseline replaces them. No Year-1 hype.
Accountable by default
Every action, approval and rejection is attributable and auditable, because public transport is public infrastructure.
Built from operations
Ordova is specified by people with fifteen years of transport-authority operations experience.
